In 2023, RNR Group expanded its business to a new division of project financing. We have been trading for several years in a row and we have noticed a large requirement for funding. Trade deals typically get stuck due to lack of facilitated funds and to get financing for trade deals is much more difficult than in the equity markets. Companies could experience very difficult process for trade deal financing, and so RNR Group has partnered with a New York based financier to provide advanced project financing solutions to the Middle East, Asia and the US.
What is project financing? A project financing is an injected capital given for a specific duration in form of a loan or credit. During the given specific duration the project (in most cases a trade deal and in some cases could be some soft of a manufacturing deal or even a real estate development deal) shoudl be completed and start earning to pay out the loan or credit issuer. For example, in a trade deal scenario a US based buyer may require additional funds to complete a trade deal with Asia. In this case, a buyer would apply for a loan or credit through RNR Group and after analyzing the deal, we could help the buyer to attain the required amount to complete the trade deal.
Project financing involves different types of financial elements, yet as a group we not only provide credit but also additional options such as proof of funds if one may require for their trade deal.
